	Got your nice Application letter.  Thank you John for all your good help on Selling my house.  You did an excellent job for me as I'm sure 
you do for all your clients.  Those last 3 days wore me out & then the drive down here had me down.  I am recovering now & slowly getting settled in here.  It is a GREAT Place and very well managed & run.  Thank Dan for me please & again.
